Our commitment

We know a Gerber file is your product. Every file uploaded to this site is handled under the rules below, and on request we will sign your NDA before you send anything.

Purpose limitation

Your files are used only for the engineering review, quotation and — if you place an order — the manufacture you asked for. They are never used for marketing, never shown to other customers, and never manufactured without your purchase order.

Who can see them

Access is limited to the named engineers assigned to your review. Access is logged, accounts are individual, and files are not stored on public or shared links.

Technical measures

• Encrypted transfer (TLS) and encrypted storage for files at rest.
• Uploads scanned for malware before anyone opens them.
• Time-limited signed URLs — no permanent public download links.
• Role-based access with audit logging.

Retention and deletion

Files are deleted automatically 90 days after your last activity on the inquiry — sooner if you ask. If you place an order, the files needed for production are kept under the manufacturing contract and deleted at its end. You can request immediate deletion at any time by email.

Your intellectual property

Your designs remain your property. We claim no licence over them beyond processing them for the review and manufacture you requested, and we will return or destroy working files at your instruction.

Exceptions

Only where disclosure is required by law or a court order — and where permitted, we will tell you when it happens.
