Who we are

Wuping Feitian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Feitian", "we") is the controller of the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or send us files, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and to review the files you send:

Inquiry data — name, company, email, country, phone or WhatsApp number, and the project details you type into a form.
Files you upload — Gerber, ODB++ and related manufacturing files, plus any specifications in your message.
Technical data — IP address, browser type and server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote — necessary before entering a contract with you.
To run the engineering review of your files — necessary to provide the service you asked for.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
To comply with tax, export-control and other legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Files you upload

Your design files are used only for the engineering review and quotation you requested. The specific handling rules — purpose limitation, access control, encryption and 90-day deletion — are set out on the File & IP Confidentiality page, which forms part of this policy.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate this website: our hosting and CDN provider, our email delivery provider, and our object-storage provider for uploaded files. They process data on our instructions under contract and may not use it for their own purposes.

We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it. If a transfer outside your region occurs, we apply equivalent safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Uploaded design files — deleted 90 days after your last activity, unless you place an order (then per the manufacturing contract).
Inquiry records — up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
Server logs — 90 days.

Your rights

You may ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you may object to our use of it. Email 44366102shen@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, show a notice on the site.
