100% AOI scan, followed by AVI verification on approved workmanship criteria.
Electrical & impedance test
Flying-probe or fixture e-test on every board; TDR coupon per lot on controlled-impedance jobs.
Final quality check
FQC against the acceptance class you specified, with the report set packed with the boards.
Packing & shipment
Vacuum-sealed with desiccant, tracked air freight via DHL / FedEx from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Customer designs are the most sensitive asset in this industry. Our handling rules are written into the quality system, not just the sales pitch — and access is auditable per user.
