Terms of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Scope
These terms govern your use of this website. Manufacturing itself is governed by the quotation, order confirmation and contract signed for each transaction, which prevail over anything written here.
Information and quotes
Content on this site is information, not an offer. A specification quote given without files is an engineering estimate (stated accuracy ±15%); a quote issued after reviewing your Gerber or ODB++ files is firm for the scope and validity period stated in it. Either way the final binding document is our written quotation and your order confirmation.
Files you send us
- You confirm you own the files or have the right to send them to us for review.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the files solely for review, quotation and, if ordered, manufacture.
- Files must not breach export-control, sanctions or other applicable laws.
- How we protect them is set out on the File & IP Confidentiality page.
Intellectual property
The site's text, layout and graphics are © Wuping Feitian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Third-party names and marks shown for reference belong to their owners. Your designs remain yours; we claim no licence over them beyond what the previous section states.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep specifications and capacity data accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is error-free; nothing here replaces the written quotation for your specific order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is excluded; liability for manufactured boards is governed by the manufacturing contract.
Export control
You will not use this site to request boards for end uses prohibited by applicable export-control or sanctions laws, and you will provide end-use information we reasonably require.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at our domicile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always this page.
