Manufacturing and acceptance standards
- IPC class
- IPC-6012 Class 2 as standard. Class 3 is quoted separately on request — it changes the acceptance criteria, not the fabrication line.
- Inspection
- IPC-A-600 Class 2 or Class 3 inspection record, supplied with the shipment or on request.
- Restricted substances
- Materials and finishes meet the restricted-substance limits of RoHS 2 (EU) 2011/65/EU and REACH (EC) 1907/2006.
- Surface finish
- Lead-free HASL, ENIG, ENEPIG, immersion silver, OSP and hard gold. Lead-bearing finishes only when your specification calls for them.
- Traceability
- Panel and date-code marking per order; material lot records kept for the period agreed in the contract.
Reports and declarations
Issued per order, on request:
- Declaration of conformity (CoC) covering the delivered boards
- Impedance coupon measurement report, when impedance control is specified
- IPC-A-600 inspection record, Class 2 or Class 3
- Microsection report for critical features
Lot-specific reports are produced from that lot measured records. We do not issue generic certificates of convenience that no measurement backs up.
Doing a supplier audit?
Send your checklist. We will answer it with certificates, declarations and sample reports, and tell you up front about anything we cannot provide — before your team spends time reviewing.
